These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User," "Player , "you") and pub555 ("pub555," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pub555.one. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pub555's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by pub555's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pub555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where pub555 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your account activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You have engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or security risk to pub555.
• You have initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute against pub555.

Upon permanent account closure for cause, pub555 may, at its sole discretion, withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where closure is not the result of a breach by you, any available balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory verification.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pub555 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, pub555 will process withdrawal of your available balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and processing requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and pub555 in connection with these Terms or the pub555 platform shall first be referred to pub555's customer support team for good-faith resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, you agree that any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

pub555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pub555 will provide notice to registered account holders via the email address on file and/or via a prominently displayed notice on the pub555 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the pub555 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the pub555 platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.
